Assessment Process

We carry out a detailed assessment of your facilities at each plant in order to understand and formulate key improvement opportunities. Our results summary includes a discussion/report clearly highlighting areas of weakness as well as areas of opportunity within your current operating model. Our assessment also outlines a clear direction with specific project work with measurable financial impact. Along with your management team, we develop a 6 to 12-month performance improvement plan.

Go Forward Strategic Plan

We collectively create a Go-Forward Plan, based on business objectives, to achieve rapid improvements in areas of quality, cost, delivery and safety. Not an academic exercise, this is a rapid Lean Six Sigma implementation with total employee participation.

Execution of the Plan

We utilize proven Kaizen methodology for execution of the strategic plan. Our approach is team based, with rapid transformation from "current state" to "future state". This approach requires total employee involvement at every level of your organization.
