Dan is a Lean Manufacturing Master and Six Sigma Black Belt . Dan's experience in Lean came under the tutelage of the Shingujitsu masters while transforming Allied Signal Aerospace. Dan received his Six Sigma Certification through the Six Sigma Academy. Dan has 25 years of consulting and operational management experience. Mr. Gallagher specializes in aligning strategy, business processes, people and rapid change methodology to enable clients to achieve their strategic business goals. Dan has been a strategic partner in the Lean transformation of more than 40 companies across 30 industries worldwide guiding LMS partners to demonstrated, measurable financial results.

Terri manages critical strategic functions for Lean Management Solutions. Her key responsibilities span across day to day operations of LMS along with financial and contracts management. From a financial perspective Terri is directly involved in budgeting, forecasting, payroll, and accounts payable & receivables. Terri has over 25 years experience in financial management, accounting and project /contract management.

Shawn is a seasoned 20 year operations professional with a decade of senior management consulting experience. Mr. Kaul's experience ranges from discrete manufacturing to process industries, as well as business processes including bio medical and financial services. Most notably, companies such as ATK Space Systems, S and C Electric Company, Butler Buildings, Maytag, Millipore, Halliburton, Kaiser Aluminum and Detroit Diesel have benefited from Shawn's guidance and expertise. Shawn's experience, high energy and enthusiasm are key to his proven effectiveness and hands-on approach.

Vic brings nearly 30 years of Lean implementation experience to LMS. His knowledge of Lean implementation was gained as Director of operations at Lear Automotive, a first tier automotive supplier to Toyota, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Jaguar and Ford. Mr. Shelton has over a decade of Lean Manufacturing consulting experience. Clients in industries such as Confectionery, Aerospace, Logistics, (mail order facilities) Processing, Foundries, Heavy Assembly and Electronics have benefited from Vic's guidance. Mr. Shelton manages LMS operations in U.K, Europe, Turkey, China and India .
